Introduction:
Bromoxynil is an HBN herbicide used for post-emergence control of annual broad-leaved weeds in cereals and other crops. It has selective contact action with some systemic activity and inhibits photosynthesis (photosystem II). MCPA is an herbicide for the control of annual and perennial weeds in cereals and other crops. It has a selective, systemic, translocation mode of action and functions as a synthetic auxin.
