Introduction:
Glypohsate is a non-selective post-emergence herbicide that controls a broad spectrum of annual and perennial weeds, including grasses, sedges, broad-leaved weeds, and woody plants in different crops, including fruit trees, sugarcane, and non-agricultural areas. Glyphosate works by being absorbed through the foliage, and then rapidly translocated throughout the plant. Glyphosate inhibits 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS), an enzyme in the aromatic acid biosynthetic pathway. This prevents the synthesis of essential aromatic amino acids needed for protein biosynthesis.
SPECIFIC USE INSTRUCTIONS:
| Crop | Weed | Dosage | Time |
| Fruit trees | Annual and perennial weeds | 4 to 12 liter per hectare | At flowering stage of weeds |
| Sugar cane | 1 to 2% | After weed growth |
