Introduction:
PRE-G-CUR ENERGY contains propamocarb (530 g/L) and fosetyl (310 g/L), a combination of two active ingredients with proven efficacy in protecting the roots and aerial parts of broad-leaved crops against Oomycete fungi. This combination exhibits multi-site activity, making it an ideal choice to include in disease control programs as part of an anti-resistance management strategy. Direct effects against fungi prevent mycelial growth and penetration, as well as spore production and germination. These effects are supported by indirect mechanisms that stimulate the plant’s natural defenses, known as systemic acquired resistance (SAR). It is used for the control of many fungal diseases in a wide range of crops, including lettuce downy mildew and damping-off, tomato, melon, cucumber, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli.
