Introduction:
Fluopicolide + propamocarb hydrochloride is a systemic broad-spectrum fungicide with both protective and curative actions. It not only controls diseases but also enhances the quality and yield of crops. The product exhibits a strong translaminar effect, allowing both active ingredients to move from the upper to the lower surface of the leaves. In potatoes, it improves yield quality by reducing the incidence of late blight. Fluopicolide works by disrupting the cell structure of pathogens and inhibiting the formation of spectrin-like proteins, providing effective control throughout the pathogen’s life cycle.. It inhibits mycelial growth and the development of sporangia and spores, while also influencing the biochemical synthesis of membranes.
